If Aliens were to meet us, they probably would also be interested to know more about us. Cos if they are advanced, they will also be culturally advanced enough to understand the concept of life preservation. Most movies are based on the fact that aliens lifeforms advance only in technology. But if we ourselves do advance in arts and culture alongside technology, i'm sure aliens will advance in culture too. First Contact will be an exciting encounter to them as it would be to us, though not as exciting, cos if they are already space travellers, they would have met more alien lifeforms than us. If Aliens are already aware of us, they might be refraining from contacting us due to us still being unevolved enough for them. If we were to meet cavemans, will we want to meet them and pass down machines guns to them?? |
