On CES 2009 Toshiba has showcased a new concept device which uses DFMC (Direct Methanol Fuel Cells) technology, capable of operating for up to a week without a charge. The device is divided into a screen and a keyboard (separated) and running Windows XP. Toshiba was referring to the device as an Internet viewer but we see no reason why not to use it for any other application a regular netbook can do. No other details were raveled during CES about the prototype.
