At CES 2009 Sony demonstrated a new “twist” to its existing Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED) technology which was commercialized last year in its XEL-1 11" model. The new 2" model on display at the Sony booth shown in this video can actually be bent, and although it is currently only a prototype (and the quality of the image on display clearly shows that), the future of this technology can lead to bendable OLED based watches and even color electronic paper that can be rolled up.
