At the CES 2009 the Florida based company Black Box Innovations showcased an interesting new backup solution called SafeMouse. The SafeMouse is a mouse with 4GB of internal storage connected to a computer using a USB. The SafeMouse can backup user files onto the mouse which are encrypted and secured with a 3-10 digit pin code. The encryption on the mouse is a 256bit with AES and an epoxy shield that destroys memory upon forced entry.
