This is the official website of the Buckminster Fuller Institute, which, in its founders’ words is dedicated to “accelerating the development and deployment of solutions which radically advance human well being and the health of our planet’s ecosystems.” Among the website’s most interesting sections is the “Community” section, which includes solely user-posted content that may later be featured on the institute’s homepage. In this section, users share their ideas for projects, debate amongst themselves, and post links to articles or images they have found interesting. Most popular topics for discussion include “Sustainability,” “Synergetics,” and “Design Science.”
