Digital-Spectrum's Memory Frame MF-8104 Premium - This updated model of a multi-function wireless digital picture frame has a 10'' TFT LCD screen with 800x400 resolution for photo display, plays MP3 and WMA music via its internal stereo speakers for slide show accompaniment, and even shows MPEG-4 movies. It's Windows® Vista™ and Windows® XP Home/Pro-compatible, has a Windows CE 5.0 Operating System, a built-in multi function card reader, a 64 MB internal memory, and a USB 2.0 Host to connect external storage devices such as a disk-on-key.

The advantage of the MF-8104 Premium over many other digital frames is its wireless capability. It comes equipped with integrated Wireless 802.11 b/g Network and Bluetooth support. It displays changing images from various offline and online sources including RSS feeds, email, and photo sharing sites, and can be controlled via a wireless remote.

This all-in-one photo, MP3 audio, and MPEG-4 video player will set you back around $380 (on pre-order at Amazon).
