IBTimes reports that specs of the rumored Google Chrome OS-based netbook were "leaked," revealing a device powered by Nvidia's Tegra and an ARM CPU. Naturally, nothing has been confirmed or denied. However, reports indicated that Google has approached several hardware manufacturers and released RFPs (request for proposal) based on these specs. In addition to the ARM and Nvidia hardware, the Chrome netbook will also provide a few other surprising features including a 64 GB SSD and 2 GB RAM.    (source: ibtimes.co.uk)
