Longer search promised after physicists exclude heavy masses for the 'God particle'. The Higgs boson particle may be lighter — and the race to find it tougher — than particle physicists had hoped, according to the latest results from the Tevatron particle accelerator at the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory in Batavia, Illinois.    (source: nature.com)
