Embattled Yahoo! co-founder Jerry Yang will step down as CEO, the Internet company announced Monday. Yang will retain his position until a replacement is found, at which point he will serve only on the Yahoo! board. Chairman Roy Bostock will lead the search for Yang's replacement.
