Adobe Acquires Image Serving Provider

Adobe on Monday announced it has acquired Danish imaging software maker YaWah ApS to expand the use of Adobe Scene7 software in Europe. The two companies provide rich-media software used to manage and distribute dynamic content, including changing images and text fields, in Internet stores. Adobe plans to make use of YaWah's client lists as well as integrate some of its technology into Scene7. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.    (source: adobe.com)
