Target Picks Sony Reader to Take on Kindle

Sony's electronic book reader will do retail battle against the Amazon Kindle at Target retail stores starting September 14, Sony announced Friday. The Reader Digital Book PRS-505 will be available at Target retail stores and on its Web site. It can also be found at Borders, on Sony's Web site and at Sony Style stores. Those who purchase the Reader at Target will receive a Sony eBook Store coupon code for a free, early download of "The Other Queen" by Philippa Gregory.    (source: pcmag.com)
