A video taken by U.S. troops in Afghanistan shows how a new type of non-lethal green laser is being used on civilians. The laser used by a soldier on top of a driving a Humvee dazzles suspected cars and drives them out of the path of the U.S. convoy. In this way U.S. soldiers can get a better estimate about the intentions of civilians (and terrorists) in their immediate neighborhood. You can watch the video at the source.    (source: youtube.com)
